They asked for ID and proof that I bought it, so I sent a picture of drivers license front and back and email of the payment confirmed, and that the payment was on the bank website. They took forever to respond back, and they asked for it again.
So i sent the pictures again and its been like 4 hours and nothing. I checked the game and nothing. Didn't get what I bought. The "Help" button did freakin nothing.
I clicked Did not recieve your good or service? And all it did was bring the inquiry.
Even the support center was worthless. I have no idea why the company even uses Paymentwall, it sucks so much.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of paymentwall customer care. Paymentwall needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
